Daniel Ostojic studied electrical engineering, embedded
systems design and medical physics (FHO, USI and ETH). He obtained his MAS ETH
in 2010 in Medical Physics from department of physics of the ETH-Z (Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich). During his MAS, Daniel focused on design
of a near-infrared spectroscopy sensor for monitoring of cerebral oxygenation
monitoring in neonates. In 2010, Daniel joined the Biomedical Optics Research
Laboratory (BORL) at the University Hospital Zurich as a scientific assistant,
applying his skills in hard- and software development to advance the design of
the Oxyprem sensor for neonatal cerebral oxygenation monitoring.
